Today you are getting a sneak peak into my morning routine and the habits, items, practices and routines that are changing my mornings and changing my life!
There might be something in there that you’ve not heard of before or a little change you can make to see big results, and so I hope that by sharing the things that are working for me right now, you too might implement some habits in your morning routine that will have a huge impact on your days.

- The key to a great morning is a great night before! By implementing an intentional evening routine, you can set up your mornings for success. - All emotions are valid and have a place but this doesn’t mean they need to take up residence. Instead, use your emotions and feelings to work out what they are trying to tell you, allowing you to make positive changes in your life.
- How my mornings currently begin with a 4.30am wake up call, and how I intentionally reframe my thoughts and direct my energy, because like thoughts attract like thoughts.
- The things I do, and what I consume, first thing in the morning before I even work out – and the benefits of Celtic salt! It has so many health benefits to help with bloating, digestion, inflammation and more.
- What my routine looks like before the kids wake up – workout, sauna time with a book or a podcast, and most importantly, no scrolling, social media or emails.
