I like to stock my freezer with Omaha Steaks when I find a good sale, and love their new antibiotic-free, extra-trimmed for perfection, larger 7 oz. portion size chicken breasts! The nice thing is that each chicken breast is vacuum sealed for freshness, and I only have to use what I need.
When I make slow cooker meals, I don’t typically thaw the chicken beforehand either, which is especially helpful on the days I don’t remember to thaw ahead of time (which is most of the time).
Did you know the average person will eat almost 3,000 PB&Js in their lifetime, according to a 2016 survey by Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter. We might as well switch it up with this peanut sauce recipe!

It’s so easy! Literally, it’s chop, toss and let the slow cooker do the work for you. If you don’t have a crockpot, but you have an Instant Pot, you can also use the slow cook setting and get the same results.
And those results are tender, juicy chicken + amazing, flavor-packed peanut sauce + and a meal on the table that is much easier than it looks! All a win in my book.
